| I observed a Barn Owl (Tyto alba) bathing in a rainwater pool near Portland Point Lighthouse, Clarendon Parish, Jamaica. This appears to be the first published instance of bathing behavior in a wild individual of this cosmopolitan species in the Western Hemisphere. | |
